DESCRIPTION:
A new and very comfortable apartment located next to the Palau de la Musica Catalana, a spectacular Modernism (Catalan Art Nouveau) building, and in between the Ramblas and the Born area, in the heart of the Old City.
The apartment is located in the first floor of building, it's very well-decorated and it has:
a large living room
a very comfortable double room with living-room & TV
a little balcony, a double room with 2 single beds and a little balcony
a fully equipped bathroom with bathtube (so you can have a shower or a bath as you like), and a fully equipped kitchen
The apartment has also an extra bed, sheets, towels, central heating, washing machine for clothes, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster hair dryer, colour TV and bed linen.
If you arrive at Barcelona-El Prat Airport you have two options:
1- Taking the "Cercanías" train to Plaza Catalunya. From there you can go by foot or take the the red line (L1) of the metro to Urquinaona.
2-Taking the Aerobus to Plaza Catalunya. From there you can go by foot or take the the red line (L1) of the metro to Urquinaona.
If you arrive at Girona-Costa Brava airport you must take the Barcelona Bus to Estació d'Autobusos Barcelona Nord, close to Arc del Triomf. From there take the red line (L1) and stop in Urquinaona.
The area
This area was an important trade center in the Middle Ages and the wealth of the area generated allowed the construction of gothic palaces and cathedrals as the famous Santa Maria del Mar Cathedral, Barcelona's most beautiful gothic church.
The Born area is plentyfulof restaurants, bars and little shops even the most famous shopping place is the Born Market built at the end of the XIX century and where you can buy all sorts of food.

Check out is at 9h45 am. Next tenants are not meant to wait for you to leave: In case you do not respect check out time, you will be charged one extra day, without any right of further occupancy
Check out fee will apply only when deposit is paid in cash and in this case, the receptionist has to meet you on departure.

If you have a late flight back home you can come to our offices (Monday to Saturday) to leave your baggage (no fee), or, if available, you can stay at the apartment (paying an extra day). Please ask our booking department.
