DESCRIPTION:
Wide and luminous penthouse of 60m2, refurnished and conditioned as a tourist apartment in order to satisfy all travellers' needs. Located at the boundary of Eixample and Gràcia area, the apartment boasts exclusive characteristics so could be one of the best choices as for for your accommodation. It is decorated in a modern style, using soft woods and colours and combining them with light reds and blues, joining aesthetics with functionality in all the rooms.
The apartment has a wide room divided into two atmospheres: the dinning- room and the living-room. In the dinning-roomthere's table and chairs for 6 people. The living room has a little table with a TV and two sofas to sit comfortably during the day. Both of the ambiants have in front of them a terrace, with wooden floor, ideal for the summer.
A two doubles rooms , one with double bed and the other with two beds is other of the highlights of Antúnez apartment. There is also a completely equipped kitchen prepared for all your culinary needs. There you will find a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a juice squeezer, a coffee-maker and a kettle. For your commodity, the apartment has exceptionally two bathrooms, one with bath tube and other one with WC.
If you come by plane from Prat airport you can take the Aerobús or the train (RENFE) and get dawn at Passeig de Gràcia. There you can take a taxi till the apartment (5 euros aprox. ) or take the metro and get dawn at Diagonal stop. You can a also go from the airport to Plaça Catalunya and there take the Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat and get down at Gràcia
If you arrive at Girona airport take the bus Sagalés that takes you to Barcelona, when you arrive Barcelona take the metro at Tetuan till Diagonal.
If you arrive by train from Sants stationtake the metro and get down at Diagonal, from there you only have to walk 10 minutes
The area
Apartment situated between the Eixample and the Gràcia quarter, a very centric and well-communicated area. Quiet and safe zone, it is an ideal point of departure to explore the modernist Barcelona as La Pedrera is just 5 minutes walking far from the apartment. The gastronomic, leisure and commercial offer is endless. The best boutiques and the most recommended restaurants are located around the apartments' area. Moreover, the Gràcia quarter deserves a visit due to its singularity and bohemian atmosphere that everybody can breathe during day and night. And if what you want to see is the antique area, don' t worry, by a 10 minutes walk along the prestigious Passeig de Gràcia you can reach the very city centre: las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya and the Gothic quarter.
