The luxurious apartments (90 m2), all new, are decorated with beautifully designed furniture. From within you will be able to enjoy incomparable panoramic views of the sea, showing you highlight spots such as Palau del Mar, el Port Vell, Maremagnum and the World Trade Center.
The building where the apartments are located is easily reached by both public and private transportation and has been completely restyled recently. The closest metro stations are Jaume I and Barceloneta (L4, the yellow line). There is parking lot on the premises which is normally guarded 24 hours a day.
The 90 m2 are distributed over 2 bedrooms, one of them is a suite with a wardrobe and a complete bathroom. In the other bedroom there is also a bathroom. The living room will provide you with the same magnificent views you find in the bedrooms. It offers a relax area and a dining area and is elegantly connected to the fully equipped kitchen.

If you land at Girona airport, take the bus that brings you to Barcelona and then take the metro L2 at Tetuán. Switch lines at Passeig de Gràcia or Paral·lel and take the L3 to Drassanes.
