Barcelona, Mediterranean city for excellence, offers a great quantity of terraces where we can take a refreshment while we enjoy the breeze of the summer nights. The small typical terraces coexist with big spaces: the tents, that content different environments.

Carpe Diem is one of these tents, placed close to the Camp Nou, conditioned for summer and winter. They are specialists in realizing all kinds of celebrations, from university parties to fashion shows and photographic articles, among others. In this tents you will listen varied and actual music, with a previous payment of entry with included drink.
Near this tent we find a great space outdoors of 20.000 m2 with 16 terraces and three different environments, they are the tents of Torre Melina, near to Juan Carlos I Hotel. This tents have a new night offer in which people can find a bit of everything: two big Tents - discotheques, bars, restaurant, and a zone of games with a wide stage for concerts. These wide spaces are ideal for going with a group, for celebrations and business's dinners; the environment is diverse and it's indicated for people of all kinds of age and style, from foreigners to groups of middle-age executives with desire of having fun.
One of the night areas of bigger capacity is Firestiu. This tents are very full and successful. Every Saturday more than 12.000 persons go there. They have numerous alternatives: hairdresser's, restaurants, sheds to be tattooed and little attractions.

For all those who prefer a calmer place, we recommend you to go over the terraces of the different neighbourhoods, specially of the most ancient ones as the Gothic and Gracia neighbourhood. They are terraces with history, near the Gothic and modernist monuments of the city, that allow you to have something nice and cool while we eat a good "tapa". In the Born neighbourhood there are the most famous ones, as those of the Paseo del Born and those that exist around the Santa Maria del Mar Church. La Vinya del Senyor is a clear example of it; is a terrace placed in front of the Church where the passion for wine is always present, in summer or in winter. They have a great selection of wines that are drunk accompanied of some small dishes, worth being tasted.

The Gracia neighbourhood has hidden squares and narrow streets where the terraces are the authentic summer protagonists. The Sol Square is replete of ancient and new terraces among which El Café del Sol is one of the most ancient bars of this square. In the Plaza de la Virreina, we find a terrace with the same name. The terrace of the bar Virreina, near the alternative cinema Verdi, allows to sit and chat with friends while we taste some of the magnificent sandwiches that they offer.
The offer is extensive, every square, every neighbourhood, every corner hides a terrace where we can rest and enjoy summer without going out of the city.
