We have just stayed in the Bailen apartment in Barcelona Eixample (5th Feb-9th Feb), and thought we would send our comments for other guests.
It's a lovely apartment and was so convenient as a base to visit the rest of Barcelona. Two metros nearby, very convenient for Las Ramblas and the Plaza Catalunya. The apartment was very comfortable and the shower was amazing - a real power shower - it was a real treat to wake up to each morning. Everything we needed was there and it was great to have a coffee percolator so that we could have real coffee to wake us up ready to go exploring. The Apartment Owner was lovely and very helpful when my bag got stolen when I arrived in barcelona. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay.See you all again soon.

P.S. Only if I may - small suggestion for the making the apartment even better place to stay:
1. Mirror will not hurt.
2. I think an iron will be useful for travelers.
But again, these are very small suggestions that absolutely do not change our impression of Barcelona.

Thank you very much for given us a very nice stay in Barcelona. We enyoyed the apartment very much. It was clean, new and convenient. It had all the facilities that we needed, plus that the service from our host was excellent. We will recommend the apartment to our friends. We sure had a wonderful week in your lovely city and we will most certainly come back.
