Season: January, 1st to 15th February and from 1st to 20th December.
Normal Season: Rest of the year
High Season: July and August. New year's eve, Christmas, Easter,
Purisima holidays (3 to 10th December), and other important celebrations,
fairs and congresses periods. During those periods, the minimum
stay is for 7 nights and a 100% payment is required.
Deposit:
The owner asks for a deposit of 150 euros
as a guarantee for the flat. This amount will be returned at the
end of your stay if no damage has ocurred.
