Between 21 January and 24 January 2005 in Barcelona, Pielespaña will once again be bringing together the most prestigious companies and professionals in the sector to demonstrate once more the vitality and dynamism of a business that continues to evolve season after season.
Exhibitors from all over the world will be displaying their new collections and suggestions for the Autumn/Winter 2005/2006 season at Pielespaña International: suede, napa and double-faced leather clothing, skins and hides for clothing manufacture, Furs, Leather Goods and Accessories and the latest technological innovations in Machinery and Chemical Products.
Once more, supply and demand have their obligatory rendezvous at Pielespaña. Right from the outset, the event has been a meeting point for exhibitors and visitors from all five continents. The aim of edition number 24 of Pielespaña is to consolidate the exhibition’s internationalisation, welcoming exhibitors and visitors from 55 different countries.
A new feature of the next show will be an itinerant exhibition, visiting the cities of Hamburg, Barcelona, Buenos Aires and Montevideo, of the winning items from the Start’05 contest, in which 4 schools from Europe and Latin America participated. Prizes were awarded for the most innovative design in leather fashion, interiors and accessories. Pielespaña Internacional will be the second stop of the tour, in which winning pieces from the first edition of the contest will be exhibited. The exhibition will then go onto to Buenos Aires and Montevideo.
The Palace 1 of the Montjuïc fair will receive 185 exhibitors and 15.000 visitors in a 13.500 square metres
